Objectives

The CARA Proven Professional training course is aimed at both CARA partners and CARA customer administrators. The focus is on configuring functionality to match business requirements and updating configuration as those business needs change.

The 4 day course is instructor led and features significant hands-on lab time. Each student is provided with their own CARA training environment for the duration of the course.

In the lab scenarios students configure a new CARA environment, in the correct order, for specific business scenarios. Students then add additional departments to their configuration, adapting the environment for a new set of users with additional business requirements.

CARA Proven Professional status is awarded to delegates who successfully compete the in-course lab scenarios and pass the end of course exam.
