Responsibilities:

Project Documentation
Responding to RFI/RFPs
Documenting customer requirements and action items in workshops (often onsite), and managing these throughout each project

Project Analyst
Supporting the project manager
Software configuration
Working simultaneously on multiple projects internationally
Pre-sales support
