CARA has been designed to minimise training requirements as we firmly believe that by making it simple and intuitive to use, user acceptance and product uptake occur that much quicker. However, to ensure our customers benefit from all of CARA’s functionality, we do provide a range of training services. For new customers, a training needs analysis can be carried out and training plans provided to ensure that effective training is delivered, helping the organisation’s users make the best use of their CARA investment.
Experienced trainers are available to provide remote training at a time to suit you. These courses are tailored to your particular needs and can be targeted to a small or large user group. By eliminating travel expenses, these courses are designed to be a low cost, flexible way to introduce CARA.
We can provide onsite customer training if required. Whilst usually only necessary for more complex applications, these training sessions do provide the advantage of a bespoke hands-on training session at a date and location most convenient for employees.
Comprehensive eLearning is available as a web-based service, providing online access to our suite of standard end user and administrator training courses. In addition, bespoke eLearning modules can be created for end user roles, tailored to the individual organisation’s requirements.
Training support documentation is available to all users in offline and online formats. Standard out of the box documentation is provided for end user and administrator training, although customised versions of end user training materials can also be created.
